These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern the use of the website petsvoyage.com (the "Website"), owned by Helion Ukraine LLC, EDRPOU code 39055256 ("Petsvoyage"). By using the Website, the visitor (the "User") confirms that they have read these Terms and agree to comply with them. If the User does not agree with the Terms, we kindly ask them to refrain from using the Website.
1. General provisions
The Website provides information about Petsvoyage services for pet transport, preparation of the required documents and manufacturing of travel crates. The information on the Website is for general reference only and does not constitute a public offer. The cost, timing and terms of services are determined individually for each client and set out in a contract between Petsvoyage and the client.
2. Submitting requests
- When completing a form on the Website, the User provides accurate and up-to-date information needed for a preliminary cost estimate and for follow-up contact.
- Submitting a request is an enquiry for a consultation or cost estimate and creates no obligations for either party. The rights and obligations of the parties arise once a contract is concluded.
- Personal data submitted through the Website forms is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
3. Informational materials
Articles, answers to frequently asked questions and reference materials on the requirements of different countries are provided for general information only and do not constitute legal or veterinary advice. Requirements of countries, airlines and carriers may change, so we recommend confirming the current rules with official sources or Petsvoyage specialists before travelling.

All materials on the Website, including texts, photographs, videos, the logo and design elements, are the intellectual property of Petsvoyage or are used on lawful grounds. Clients' photos and videos are published with their consent. Materials from the Website may be copied, reproduced or distributed only with the prior written consent of Petsvoyage. Quoting individual excerpts is permitted provided that an active link to the Website is included.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, including official government portals, Google services, messengers and YouTube. Petsvoyage does not control the content of such resources and is not responsible for their content or data processing policies.
